As a Cinemania Ambassador, you'll be the face of our movement in your community, helping spread the word, engage with fans, and represent Cinemania at events both online and offline. You'll champion our mission of bringing film, television, and Web3 together, empowering fans to co-own the stories of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cinemania across social platforms, communities, and events
• Spark local activations: screenings, university talks, creative collabs
• Be a trusted bridge between Cinemania and our global fanbase
• Generate content (short videos, posts, interviews) to showcase Cinemania's culture
• Provide feedback from the community to shape product and campaigns

About the Role

Our community is the heartbeat of Cinemania. As Community Manager, you'll lead engagement across Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and beyond. You'll craft conversations, manage fan interactions, and ensure Cinemania feels like home for film lovers, NFT collectors, and students alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across community platforms
• Design and run online events: AMAs, film trivia nights, watch-parties
• Moderate discussions and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
• Create feedback loops between community and product/leadership
• Work with marketing to deliver announcements and campaigns

Who You Are

• Experienced in community management (Web3, gaming, or fandom communities preferred)
• Excellent communicator with a strong meme game and storytelling skills
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about film and new tech

About the Role

Cinemania thrives on partnerships, studios, investors, universities, brands, and creators. As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic alliances, and driving growth across Web3 and Hollywood.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate partnerships with studios, IP holders, and Web3 platforms
• Drive investor and sponsor relationships to support projects and events
• Develop academic partnerships (universities, film schools) to expand our ecosystem
• Collaborate with product and marketing to structure win-win collaborations
• Track and report pipeline growth to leadership

Who You Are

• Proven track record in BD, partnerships, or entertainment/media sales
• Strong network in film, media, Web3, or venture capital
• Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-closer, and relationship builder

About the Role

AI is reshaping storytelling. As Head of AI at Cinemania, you'll design and lead our AI strategy, spanning content creation, generative media, avatars, script analysis, fan engagement, and beyond. You'll work across teams to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the fabric of Cinemania's ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cinemania's AI strategy for content and community
• Lead AI-powered experiments (script analysis, trailer generation, pitch validation)
• Build and manage relationships with AI vendors, platforms, and researchers
• Stay ahead of trends to ensure Cinemania leads in responsible AI adoption
• Collaborate with CTO/product teams to integrate AI into scalable solutions

Who You Are

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, with focus on creative industries
• Experience deploying generative AI (text, video, voice, avatars) at scale
• Strong ethics and understanding of IP/privacy challenges in AI
• Visionary thinker, passionate about film + frontier tech

About the Role

As CTO, you'll lead the technological backbone of Cinemania, from blockchain infrastructure to AI integrations, community platforms, and film IP tokenization. You'll set the technical vision, scale the team, and ensure our product roadmap delivers a seamless and innovative experience for creators, investors, and fans.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap: blockchain, NFT ecosystems, AI integrations, streaming
• Lead engineering teams across smart contracts, backend, and product delivery
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across all systems
• Collaborate with product, AI, and business teams to deliver cutting-edge features
• Represent Cinemania in technical partnerships, conferences, and thought leadership

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in Web3, media, or startups
• Deep understanding of blockchain (Solana/Ethereum), smart contracts, and scaling dApps
• Strong product mindset with ability to balance innovation and execution
